General Stamping Company manufactures these stainless steel reflectors for use within a motor vehicle lighting application. Our ability to produce high quality parts with tight tolerances, and fast turnarounds, has kept us manufacturing this part for a loyal customer for more than 25 years. The ring is manufactured from 430-stainless steel (annealed) supplied with a bright finish. The progressive die stamping was performed on our 30 ton Bruderer press, drawing it into a cup formation with the center hole. The finished reflector rings, measuring .010" thick x .268" high x .1.593" in diameter, are bulk packaged as single pieces for shipment to the customer. Quality assurance procedures, from set-up to in-process batch control, ensure that the parts are within the very tight ±.0005" tolerance demands of the specification. We manufacture medium volume quantities for just-time-deliveries with a short, 2-4 week turnaround.
